It is a premium water-based coating that has both priming and filling binding properties. It is extremely effective when tiles are slightly porous and don’t require too much of a high build to seal the surface. This high-grade coating is designed to be used in conjunction with the Roofcoat System.
It is recommended for use on most concrete tiles and has excellent adhesion properties prior to the application of DURAMEMBRANE or TERRAGLAZE PLUS coatings. It substantially upgrades the overall coating system durability & ensures greater system consistency of the top coat.
